Frome Community Trust is committed to safeguarding your personal data in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice gives you information on the type of information we keep and who we pass it to. Frome Community Trust (the Association) is the Data Controller as defined in the Regulation.
Applications for a Frome Community Lottery Grant contain personal contact information. This data is used to communicate with applicants about the progress and outcome of grant applications, or to follow up with grant recipients on matters relating to the receipt and use of grant funds. Personal data is kept securely and is available only to the Chair of Trustees, Secretary, Treasurer, and Lead Trustee for the Frome Community Lottery Grant Giving Process. Data will be retained for up to two years after the respective grant application closing date.
Frome Community Trust will not pass your data to other organisations. The legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data is that of legitimate interest in considering your application for grant funding and ensuring that the funding has been spent as agreed.
You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold or to object to the processing of your data. You can contact us through our website. If you have raised an issue with us and are not satisfied the matter has been resolved, you are entitled to register a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (go to: https://ico.org.uk).
