On 5 October 2021, Frome Community Lottery celebrated 21 years of supporting projects in Frome and the local area, with a tea party and presentation in the Town Hall, attended by more than 50 local residents.
This anniversary event was an opportunity for Trustees to thank everyone who supports the Lottery, whilst also giving players who could attend the event the chance to find out about the breadth of projects funded. We were particularly pleased to welcome members of our local community who have consistently played and supported the Lottery over the 21 years.
All funds awarded to organisations come from the profits of the Community Lottery. Representatives of some of the organisations who have benefitted from Lottery grants were also present, ranging from Harry’s Hydro and the Frome Festival to Frome Town Band and the Window Wanderland.
