Players in the Frome Community Lottery are registered with Stirling on the Unity Lottery platform.

It costs £4.34 (including admin fee) per month to join the lottery. Winning numbers are randomly generated every Friday.

A breakdown of proceeds

A minimum of 50% of the total lottery proceeds go to supporting the work carried out by Frome Community Trust, 18.4% on prizes and 31.6% on expenses and administration of the lottery. 50% of the stake is returned to local lotteries, such as Frome Community Lottery, for distribution to good causes.

Additional information

Frome Community Lottery spends £20 annually for its Lottery Licence with Mendip District Council, and an average of £85 per annum on promotional material. All the remaining Lottery proceeds are distributed annually to local groups and organisations for community benefit.
